Victorian Tile Art

I found this from a book of Victorian tile designs and used various embroidery techniques to sew it. Mostly satin stitch but the leaves are stab stitching (I think that's what it's called) and the center of the flowers are silk ribbon which is a PAIN to embroider with.

I used tea to dye the fabric and transferred the image using a light board and a pencil.
